The process
Follow a bar from oil delivery to dispatch bay.
01
Sourcing & Saponification
Palm and coconut oils are assayed on arrival, then saponified in copper-lined kettles over 36 hours. Kettle masters — a title earned over a decade — judge the boil by trace, not just by timer.
02
Vacuum Drying & Noodling
The neat soap is vacuum-dried to precise moisture targets and extruded into noodles. Moisture is destiny in soap making: two percent decides whether a bar cracks or endures.
03
Amalgamation & Milling
Fragrance, botanicals and color are folded in, then the soap passes through chilled granite roller mills — once for standard lines, three times for the Premium Collection.
04
Plodding & Curing
Extruded billets rest in humidity-controlled curing rooms for up to fourteen days. Our cure charts trace back to logbooks started in 1987.
05
Stamping & Wrapping
Precision dies stamp each bar; automated lines wrap, carton and batch-code every unit with two-gram weight tolerance.
06
Quality Gate & Dispatch
Fourteen tests stand between a finished batch and the dispatch bay — from total fatty matter to a blind fragrance panel. No batch has ever shipped early.
